enjoyed the baking..  and seeing my daughters face light up when she came home to the smell of her favorite cookies baked and waiting for her... I wanted to bake them for her one more Time....

I went to my nieces birthday party today.... was nice... love her tons..
Just should have stayed home off my feet.... it was more then I could take  todat physically.....

Silly me, I went into the garden earlier and it's very wet so
I fell over in the MUD then had to change my clothes plus having had to clean the home again. I'd only done it earlier.

Yes I felt them.. I don't know what they were in ratings, but I was in bed and the old bed was doing some rocking and I knew it was an earthquake cause my beds not rocking anymore otherwise unless its Rocky(my dog) scratching during the night! LOL
Slightly more thrilling then the dog! LOL

Seriously I felt them but they were pretty gentle here.. not too bad.. not jolting but more a slow jiggle more a rolling....

Are you ok Rosalind? Oh I bet that was the pits having to do all the washing up and cleaning of the house where the mud tracked in.. Sorry that you fell down! Please be careful eh?

WASHINGTON (Reuters)WASHINGTON, October 26 (Reuters) - Two earthquakes shook northern California early Sunday but local officials said there were no immediate reports of injuries or damages.

A magnitude 4.6 quake occurred about 19 miles west of Petrolia, California, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. The town is about 265 miles north of San Francisco. The quake hit at 2:26 a.m. PST (0926 GMT) and was 11 miles deep, according to the USGS National Earthquake Center.

A second quake struck the same location about a minute later, the center said in a revised report. USGS originally reported that the second quake, measuring 4.1, hit near Fort Ross, California.

Magnitude 5 quakes are considered moderate and capable of causing considerable damage, while magnitude 4 quakes are considered light and capable of moderate damage.

Police in Humboldt and Sonoma counties said they had not received reports of damage or injuries.

Karen I am fine as I was when I'd fallen over in the yukky mud yesterday. (It's fine today. Typical).
I was muddy and messy nothing worse. I decided not to go into the garden for a while or until it's been "fine" for a few days to dry off the mud.
Just as you said loads of extra cleaning.

Sounds like a full day Ryan.. I hope you had a nice big group to run with yesterday!. Its been gorgeous weather the last few days here until today sort of overcast...Not supposed to have rain until early next week.. which will be a week later then normal for our rainy season to begin and really come down...cats and dogs! How is the weather for you to run in lately?

Glad you weren't hurt Rosalind.. I do hate falling down at my age...and I worry when I hear you fell..

BTW how was the garden? Do you still have any flowering plants or has the rain washed most out for the season!
