Anyway I have been down all day and feel cruddy My throat feels like someone poured kerosene on it and set it on fire!

My eyes are burning and I just don't feel good.. It happened so fast virtually over night...

That doesn't sound too flash... [] [B)] I had one of them major sore throats the other day, I find that drinking warm water with a bit of salt seems to work for me. Hope you get better soon. Best Wishes for the New Year!

I gargled with warm salt water.. but as far as I know one should never drink it! Had some tea with honey...hoping that would help sooth it some.. The doctors won't be open till Monday again so I want to wait and not have to go to the emergency room...Feel like I have a cold in my eyes also! They are icky and I have never had icky stuff in my eyes before!

they are burning a bit like when you are super tired but about 100 times more intense! I am tired though but have stayed in bed to no avail can't sleep!

Thanks for the reminder about the warm salt water.. that often does help to gargle with it!
I just hope its not Strep like they had...

Good.. That should help.. I had the flu one a few weeks ago and so far I have had this nasty throat painful crud but I must say it was awful but has not hung on so far as strongly as it has before which is good.... I hope you stay well!
