sorry its so hot that is miserable at night.. but strip down turn a fan on and let the air blow over you.. that's the best.... Put a big bowl of ice behind your fan to help cool you off the fan should draw some of the cold from ice through and over you.. too!

I have tried it in a pinch, big bowl is best...It helps a mister is nice too!

Yes I have been there in that position .. its miserable especially for long periods of time.. my face turns bright red and I have difficulty breathing moving anything.. makes me sick literally to be in too hot of heat especially the muggy stuff!

A swamp cooler uses water to cool the house... you should look into it!

All this talk of hot weather - it's never hot here even in the 'heat' of summer! And its approx zero degrees right now. And thats actually relatively warm for this week. Bah, we brits just aint used to extremes of temperature.

Hi Everyone..
Hope your day is good... Over the last week I have found that My friend who was hurt may or may not have been hit with a car.. I guess they are unsure .. they said she also could have fallen off going down the hill with no helmet on... No one has come forward that I know of and yet they still are not sure....

Anyway.. I thought you all might want to sign into her guest book and send her healing thoughts and prayers and also see who they are for! Thank you so much for your prayers! Christie is The aunt to one of my favorite students.. and you all had a hand in my science projects at school teaching them.. I mentioned prayers and good thoughts even from England and places.. so please do...sign the book..... Let them know where your from..
You can read her story and see her progress from the family.. She is being transported home tomorrow for some very hard rehabilitation and therapy so any encouragement would be wonderful from those of you who may have been down this road yourselves...

OH Kadie He is adorable.. I love when they wear their dinner on both shoulders.. Both my boys did that clear up till they were grown.. especially Nathan.. I would look over and boom he would have his head turned and be rubbing his drippy chin on the shoulder of his shirt or on the arm of his sleeve! LOL..LOL..

He is so cute !!! What a smile! OH Kadie I am so proud of you... How are you doing? Getting any better sleep yet?
