So...I understand , that , where dust is found...dust mites are sure to be found too !!

..but how does the dust mite know there is dust there ?..what I am really getting at is where does the dust mite come from in the first place to find the dust for it to feed on ?

A giant body louse would be more frightening: look at those claws.
(Shrink the Tardis to microscopic-size and place it in a tramp's vest  [] ).
Although having its mouth on the top of its head would be problematic for the actor playing the lousy role.
