Ewe need it, I need it, we all need it !!

I found out today that it's not just ewe and me who needs Iron...but every single living thing that ever lives needs iron !

Now...c'mon !!..get real.....how is a mouse.....or a salmon supposed to Iron ?


Please tell me why Iron is so important that ewe, me and a delinquent haddock needs it so much ?...because I just don't know why !!...truly !!...I don't !

I may be wrong but i believe iron builds our blood by making it stronger enriching it, making it better stronger richer.. perhaps it aids in building healthy strong blood cells that form our bodies; gives us energy so our blood doesn't get tired.
I don't know technical terms but I think thats what the iron does for us....
I have been enemic and had the doc say my blood was tired and neded some iron to make me feel better and get stronger....
