[realmswalker (OP)]

I hurt my knee in football last season, i got it bent it funny when i was tackled. Now it hurts alot when ever i  flex it kinda on the top inside part of the knee.
Anyone know what i mighta done, i had a doctor look at it but he just kinda tugged my leg around saying "does this hurt" and since it only hurts when i flex it i said no so hes like "well u look fine to me"
But does anyone here know of any exercises to do to maybe make it not hurt as bad? Im worried i wont be bale to play football next season.
