What type of birds only mate while falling?

I seem to remember a National Geographic video talking about this phenomenon years ago, but I can't remember the type of bird for the life of me.  Help!

Bald Eagle courtship involves elaborate calls and flight displays.
The flight includes swoops, chases, and cartwheels, in which they fly high, lock talons, and free fall
