Don't you mean hoof rot?
why my right foot ?...(by the way I've used different foot wear and it's always the right foot !)
Endorphins are endogenous opioid polypeptide compounds. They are produced by the pituitary gland and the hypothalamus in vertebrates during strenuous exercise , excitement, and orgasm; and they resemble the opiates in their abilities to produce analgesia and a sense of well-being.
I would have expected not blisters, but footrot!

A cushioned heel-grip fitted to one shoe may help.Endorphins generated by vigorous exercise could explain why the heel did not hurt while running.QuoteEndorphins are endogenous opioid polypeptide compounds. It even has a small satellite blister which ewe can't really see but it's there alright !!Now then..what's the liquid in it ?Why does it hurt now and not when I'm on the treadmill ?What can I do about it because tomorrow I have another few miles to do (I did 9.2 today)..... why my right foot ?...(by the way I've used different foot wear and it's always the right foot !)I've been doing this now six days a week since June and I was hoping that by now my feet may have generated some hardened skin but alas, poor Yorick, I knew him well....I meant...alas...there is no sign of foot skin acclimatisation !!...why's that then ?Your blister relief orientated answers will be most welcome.hugging and shmishing ewemwah mwah mwahNeilFoot Abuserxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

If so put some on your sore blister with a plaster (US bandage).Try not to walk for a while and it might just be your own natural "water/fluid" in your blister.Unless it's turned red then you've got a blood blister and wow that's messy when it bursts. Do not burst it. Hugs {{}}
