Whats causing these Pop up problems?
« on: 14/10/2008 15:59:35 »
No it is not my husband or my toaster. I'm having problems with spell checking my entries. Every time I press spell check my computer thinks the spell check box is a pop up and stops it in its tracks. Any ideas, or should I buy a dictionary?

Have a look at the Pop-up blocker and if you can then  let it know that you want the spell-checker unblocked.

Also what type of browser are you using? IE. Opera, Firefox, Google Chrome, etc

What type of PC as well?

IE and HP.

Sharon ok but can you see on either of the browsers that you use, IE or HP a place to check for the Pop-up blockers.
If not just move the cursor along the toolbar or taskbar and if something that tells you about the Pop-up blocker,

Then left click it to open and correct for the spell checker.
Even see if the settings for the spell checker might be wrong.

Good luck -

I think you imagined it.

Shouldn't there be an apostrophe in the title of this thread?

Yes Turnie. You would think if someone is going to edit my title they could at least use the correct punctuation. People will think I am uncouth!
