Why is my Cherryade foam white when the liquid is pink?
« on: 27/11/2008 18:23:38 »
Dear Cherryadeologists and those who enjoy cherries !

As a sheepy, I of course love Cherryade.....It stands to reason doesn't it ?
Sheepy = Lover of Cherryade...see ?   obvious eh ?...blatant !!

Look here's a cup of some I am enjoying this very minute !

* cherryDSC04470.JPG (40.46 kB . 264x271 - viewed 3943 times)

Nice eh ?...hmmm...delish *Some geezas like stuff called Real Ale..I like Cherryade..it's cheery*

Anyway, as I was waiting for the bubbles to subside I could not help but notice the obvious difference in hues and shades that there were. The photo does not do them justice but there were distinct patches of different shades.

Why's that then ?...why did my cheery Cherryade foam provide for me a patchwork quilt of foamy hues and shades ?

I just do not know...do ewe know ?

I'll share some fizzy pop with ewe if ewe help me. We can also have marshmallows and then we can jump on the bed and then we can light our farts !.....this will be a fine time !

Thanks

mwah mwah mwah mwah

Did you maybe dribble in it? I know you have trouble at times containing your salival joy.

My salivatory flows are intentional...but yes..I do see your point....I have back-tracked and I can safely say that none of my salivations were dripping at that juncture.

A Guinnessologist may be able to answer your question...

* Guinness%20PInt.jpg (23.26 kB . 322x600 - viewed 3935 times)

as they know why the head (foam) on a Guinness is almost white, while Guinness is almost black.

Oh boy, I see a definite English to English translation problem happening here!  [:o] [:o]

American                 British
Lemonade          =      Lemon Squash
Lemon-Lime Soda   =      Lemonade
(ie Sprite, 7Up)
No Equivalent     =      Cherryade
(that I know of)
