When does the forum change from one 'day' to the next?

When does the forum change from one 'day' to the next?

When does the forum change from one 'day' to the next? For example, if someone had 100 posts after 20 days, it would read 5 posts per day, at waht time does this number change to 100/21=4.762? I would have thought that the time would be right on the mark, i.e 12 o'clock but it isn't  [???] [???] Anyone know why that is and the actual time that it changes 'days'?

I posted this at 10:06:59 and my 'day' still hadn't changed from one to the next  [???]

Aha, now it has changed
The time was 10:12:26. Thus, sometime between those two times the forum clock moved from one 'day' to the next. Now I've just got to pin point that time exactly   [8)]

This post came in at 10:04:07, as yet, the 'day' has not changed

DOH! I just missed it! [:(!]
This one appeared at 10:08:55 a.m.
The 'day' has changed!, now I know that it is sometime between 10:07:31 and 10:08:55.
I'm thinking 10:08:00 might be when it changes, but I'll have to wait to find out  [:(] [:(]

Okay, so my theory of it being at 10:08:00 is wrong, I've narrowed it down to between 10:07:23 and 10:07:46, 23 seconds difference.
