Ben really enjoyed it, he sat in the control room with all the buttons and nobs !!

To be honest, the main guest encroached a lot on the time they wanted to use for me bu, oh well. They apparently had loads of emails and texts and offers of help so perhaps they will forward them onto me at some point.

Is sheppy going tp be rolling his eyes under his eye lids tonight? What a weird suggestion for bringing on sleep. There is nothing to read on the inside of your eye lids so what does it do? I must admit that I sometimes look right up and close my eyes in order to relax when I'm stressed. It helps me do a poo when I'm on the loo. Sorry, I forgot this is not IBS support.

Last night I didn't sleep because I kept thinking about sheepy doing all the mad things the R4 listeners had suggested to get him to sleep. I didn't sleep very well at all. Neil you must be the first person to have insomnia-by-proxy.

I am just here this morning to report that Me Myseff and My trustee C-PAP....HAVE JUST had a very successful round of sleep wherein I never woke up a single second that I can remember.. and actually feel rested for the first time since last Trip to the Hospital! I had a terrible Headache for two days after that plus very dopey disturbing sleep! I suspect it was that big dose of Morephine they gave me.....before sending me home!

Anyways I remember no dream at all last night, but I went to sleep easily for a change and stayed dead out of it til a bit ago... nice sleep !
