ENERGY EFFICIENCY FOR EUROPE

ENERGY EFFICIENCY FOR EUROPE
Boilers, fridges, TVs and other products in our home produce 50% of all of Europe's carbon pollution!

Europe could meet half of its current 2020 target to reduce carbon emissions and fight climate change just through requiring these appliances to meet energy efficiency standards. And that would also save us all money on our electricity bill!

Out of sight of the public, EU nations' regulators are about to agree on a new set of standards. But vested industrial interests are pushing hard to water down the proposals. A big public outcry can still defeat the industry lobbyists, but time is short -- sign the petition below - it will be delivered this week to EU decision-makers in Brussels:
