Oh fer fuxake! Here's a condensed version...

It goes back to a chatroom I used to use about 10 years ago. 1 day we all decided to use animal names. I happened to be reading about beavers at the time so that's what I used. For reasons I won't bother going in to, I kept the name. When I got my PhD I stuck "Doctor" in front of it.

Happy now?
