[:D]That is cool.There moving,but there not![:D]
I went to a theme park last weekend, there was this magician there who performed a really cool optical illusion.....he made his head appear as though it was shrinking!by using a spinning disk.First he told the audience that it would only work if we stared into the centre for a full 30 seconds, then look straight at his head........his head totally looked like it was shrinking[:p]it was great!!!!
He then told us how he was able to do this...............the muscles in the eye contracts...creating an optical illusion.

I'm not entirely sure this should go here, but i've got a question that I wonder if anyone could answer. Sometimes during the day when I  look at the sky I can see a very faint kind of 'checker board' pattern shifting through the sky. It's like a kind of wave feild. I only see it sometimes and I have no idea what it is. I was wondering if it would be an optical illusion? I've had someone suggest to me in the past that it's a certain type of wave length that perhaps only few people could pick up on...but I wasn't too sure about that one. Any ideas?
