Hello,
I’m doing a small research paper on the concept of “synchronicity,” as coined by Carl Jung, which is a theory on meaningful coincidences.  I’m looking for commentary on synchronicity from accredited professors in fields such as physics, psychology, and statistics. If anyone knows of a good source for information please let me know. I’m looking for scientifically approached discussion, evidence, and reason for belief or disbelief.

I’m specifically looking for and would appreciate the email addresses of any professors willing to be interviewed via internet chat or email. Below are a few questions anyone can feel free to answer:

Have you ever had what you would consider to be an extraordinary coincidence occur in your life? Did you feel that it was connected to some meaning or that there was some relevancy to it? Do you believe in synchronicity? Why or why not? Do you feel like you have logical reasons for your beliefs? What would it take to change your mind?

For believers: Do you feel that synchronicity is provable? Do you have the ability to be skeptical about it? How do you feel about science?

For Skeptics: Do you have the ability to be open minded about the possibility of synchronicity?

Please feel free to add any comment you feel is helpful. Share stories, thoughts, or  information on resources. I may have more questions.
