someone told me that farmed salmon contains HIGH levels of mercury and that we shouldn't eat it more than once every 2 weeks.
The levels [of mercury] found in wild salmon were three times higher than in farmed salmon.
Also Neil, could eating too much Mercury cause your music tastes to prefer "Heavy Metal"? 
LOL.. I eat very little fish.. I like tuna and cod... imatation crab..etc.. but really not so muched Salmon although some smoked salmon with lowfat cream cheese and crackers is yummy and mixed with some of the more pungent cheeses..YUMMY! If its shaped like a fish smells like fish and tastes fishy like some fish, and is still wearing its skin and head, Then I shall not be partaking of said fish! LOL..For me it has had to come in baby steps as I really hated to eat fish the flavor kills me off!
