Of a cat?
No, of a dog. After the Schrodinger's cat paradox, they have run out them... [:)]

Serious.
What's your meaning?

A few months ago, i got a video in metacafe that explain us how to make time machine with electricity tools.
Find that vid and play. Is that time machine possible?

That time machine is not possible. If you see an internet video that tells you how to make a time machine, it is either a joke or a lie.

Teleportation is also not yet possible.

Don't believe everything you see. Including the previous sentence.

Teleportation is possible but only for a few quantum states of single elementary particles; example: a photon's spin.

Read up on Charles H. Bennett for quantum teleportation.

Time machines are simple if you want to go forward, crazy complex if you want to go backward.
For forward, accelerate yourself to near light speed, your relative time slows down, slow back down and you are somewhere in the future.

Here is an excerpt from Time: A Traveler's Guide,  by Clifford Pickover. It's a good read for wrapping your head around time.

It's extremely difficult to explain. Since AllenG offered you a link, I will only say this: it has to do with the mysterious quantum effect called entanglement: two particles linked in a specific way (entangled) behave in a sort of instantaneous, identical way, even if they are light years apart, without any known reason. This doesn't, however, allow faster than light transmission of informations, but it allows very strange effect as the one I wrote about; it's a sort of 'copying' of particles' properties and sending this information (far away) to other particles.

Theorically, if in the future we could be able to do the same with much more particles, we could 'clone' a macroscopic body far away from it, and so make a sort of teleportation of that object to another place (sort of what happens in this film:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Prestige_(film) .)
{edit--fixed the link}

Don't ask me more, or we would discuss of science fiction.

If you are thinking time travel 'Dr Who' style, or teleportation 'Startrek' style, forget it, its pure science fantasy.

I can give you 3 guarantees:
One day you will die.
You will never travel from London to Sydney or Mumbai to New York in two seconds.
You will never see the years 200m BC or 2500 AD.

So put your camera away, you'll not be photographing a T. Rex.

You will never travel from London to Sydney or Mumbai to New York in two seconds.

You can't guarentee that! You only have to go about 22 million miles per hour to do that (whereas the speed of light is 670 million mph).

There's no need. Travelling with a plane at a normal speed towards west, you can start at 12:00:00 and arrive at 12:00:02 because of time zone [:)].

Did you ever consider the acceleration that would be involved?
