I sent a team to the Arctic with a good supply of crayons, paper, envelopes and a fire with a chimney. Their remit was to get as many Polar Bears as possible to write to Father Christmas and note which paw they used. That was 12 years ago. Thus far, Father Christmas has reported no receipt of any communications from Polar Bears and the expedition has failed to return home.It is possible that the expedition has not yet found any Polar Bears, or that those they have found cannot write. It is also possible that the team members, hand picked from some place called Asylum, used up all the paper and crayons drawing pictures of their homes and Mummy & Daddy and are afraid to return to suffer the consequences.Conclusion.Theory unproved.
