Hi OnionCrusader !
I'm sorry to hear of your fainting spells. How do you feel about school ?...are you nervous about it ?...How do you feel when you're out walking ? nervous ?...closed in ?......
I'm not a medical expert here but it seems that it mightt be a psychological symptom because when you're at home everything is fine. Have you tried talking to your folks about it ?.............listen...try not to panic ...I know that's very easy to say and hard to do, but it seems like you might be panicking a little inside when you're away from home ?...you must remember to breathe !!..I know that sounds silly bit you'd be surprised how often we stop ourselves taking breaths when we're under a bit of pressure....and if you don't take enough oxygen in, well...you're going to faint !!!.....are you particularly worried about anything ? (apart from the fainting )......Listen...perhaps a trip to the GP is needed but it seems to me you may be panicking or having panick attacks !...but a trip to the GP won't do any harm....but pelase try and calm down...breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth.
I wish you luck and hopefully you'll get some more responses here....incidentally...are you male or female ?

Neil I would say your spot on there mate. It’s called anxiety.
----------------------
OnionCrusader
It’s a natural reaction that our brain produces to keep us out of situations that we consciously or even subconsciously don’t like or are afraid of. I suppose when we were cavemen its effects would prevent us from entering situations which could harm or kill us.
Sometimes our brains go overboard in the way it deals with anxiety and every time it happens it can make it worse for the next occasion.
You need to go to see a doctor, or a counselor don’t be afraid there nothing wrong with you, our brains can play lots of tricks on us, many of which we could do without.
All it may take for you to get you over your problem is one day at school without feeling sick in order to break the cycle.
When I was a kid I used to feel sick the moment I walked into the dentists. Even the smell would make me feel ill. Then one day I got a painful tooth ache that was stronger than my anxiety, and because I didn’t feel sick on that one day I never felt sick again.
It was like my brain said to itself because I got through that day without feeling ill there was no reason for me to feel ill the next time I went dentist.
But if you are anxious is there a reason for your anxiety. Are you scared to go to school due to bullying? Is there someone you don’t like or like, are you nervous of meeting someone? .Do you get nervous around people you don’t know?
You may need to find the underling cause of your anxiety before you can get over your problem.
It’s good you’re attempting to find a cause for your problems. Don’t give up
Good luck and my Best wishes [

On the other hand, what do you eat during the average day? It may just be that you need to eat a proper breakfast and three real meals a day. The explanation for your fainting could be perfectly simple it doesn't have to be the sign of anything deeply serious. You should consider seeing a doctor.
