but seriously, who is more at fault the bloke who crashes the forklift or whoever designed a wharehouse that completely colapses when you hit it just once?

Wow, that's an impressively monumental cockup. Those racks were definitely not rated to hold so much weight. I don't envy the workers doing the cleanup of that, unless they get to sneak off with some free vodka :p And lol @ domino effect
