Working, working, working on the business plan.  I've read so much stuff on the internet, by eyeballs ache.  [xx(]  I'm going to start by selling out of my home with an "e-store" on Amazon.com.  It's a cheap way to get started but the competition is fierce.  Sooooooooo much to learn.!  []  Also, I'm learning to tutor for our local Literacy association.  I'm starting to wish I was an insomniac like Lo and Karen!  LOL!!

Congrats Karen on the extra 2lb loss...I am stuck in the muddo!  But....I have a plan now...a friend came to this property to visit me today, and, and, and, and...we are holding one another accountable...I am staying away from all parties, galas, etc...(so no extra food can slip in)Oh, crudola!  I have a wedding in 2 weeks and another one next month...can't these people stop getting married until I get off my plateau!  

Yep, girlfriend is trying to get me to move and help her...but our personalities in the same place...too strong...Okay, I know I like my space and set in my ways..I will take all blame on that as I need space...she needs to be in your face type person...yikes...lethal combo for roommates..I wouldn't tell her that...because it would hurt her feelings, but...Lo can't do that!

No, No, never wish you were an insominac like Lo, Karen, Neil, Danny boy...hehe...it is no fun to be sleep deprived...but last night I went to bed about 2:45am and slept like a baby until 6:50am...4hrs!!!  That is a long time for me.  It has went on for years where your thoughts and your body is begging for sleep..doc prescribed some ambien for me...but hate the way any chemical makes me feel when I have to take a pill of any kind...I would rather have 6-8hrs of sleep...so my brain can rest!

Hi Kim,
Sorry just now getting around to answering your ?; I've been outta town for a few days w/ no access to the internet.  Yes, at first the Phentermine can make you jittery & FULL of energy.  But those effects only last 2-3 days at the most.  However, everyone is different & reacts differently, so it may last longer on some ppl.  Most ppl only notice it for 2-3 days though, & some people never notice it at all!!!

The Hoodia DID in fact work good for me, but I didn't always feel the affects.  So, I wanted to try something else.  I chose Phentermine cuz of it's good reviews.  I'm glad I did!!!

Hope everybody else is doing ok!  Posts sure have been far & few between lately!!!  []

Joy!!!  Hiya! So far I didn't do good with eating cold cereal...ewww...I had my crossants with egg and cheese...delicious...bev my partner who is on me and I on her...said I did good as i did not eat the little tots that come with it...whew! Restraint can be hard...hehe

OH MY GOSH I HAVE THE GREATEST NEWS I HAVE
HAD IN A VERY LONG TIME!!!!! MY FRIEND IS NO LONGER IN
ACOMA!!!!! He is out of acoma having some difficulty
with movement, but he is talking his condition has stabilized
and they were able to get him up this morning and he is
moving on his feet!!! I cannot quit crying !!!!!!! Oh God
I am so relieved!!!!!!!!!MIracles do happen...Oh my gosh
I just looked at the date, he has been in acoma since July
17th today is Sept. 16th almost 2 months to the date.....
Doctors said he has to have tons of physical therapy and
speech therapy... But he is going to recover they believe
to full health!!!! Thank God!!! I talked with family and
it turns out that the cause of the heart attack was an
infection in his heart the same as I had a couple weeks ago,
his was more advanced!!! We both have had Heart murmurs for
our whole lives! He had never had sugeries but had his from
other problems, I have had open heart surgery twice!! Thank
you all for your prayers and wishes and Please keep praying,
they have a very long road ahead, the doc expects a lot of
therapy before he is back up to Normal...But he is up and
alive memory in tack for the most part, some shhort term
memory loss, doc said he will be fine!!!

Baby Cravingsssss???  OMG!  I pray I never have them...I was pregnant 2 of the 3 times while I was finishing college...ex manipulated my birth control to get me to stop going as he was very jealous of the guys in my class, groups...etc...ick!  I like kids, but do not wish anymore for myself...I can actually wait to be a Grandma too!  I want to do more with my life and having a child for myself would slow me down..[:0]

I am estatic about this news...I love it when the medical gets overthrown by something astounding!!![]
