Hello Chickies!  I know I've been away for awhile.  Busy, busy, busy...  Missed you all enormously!

Karen ~ I love your Christmas images.  I'm having a tough time getting into the Christmas mood this year, so every little bit helps!

Lo ~ Your boys are definitely gorgeous.  They must take after their mom...   [;D]

Thanks for your comments...Yes, they did!  LOL
Be careful with the meds...the body will adjust and get used to them after 3 months as well as harmful side affects...it is a good booster though...train the brain to think exercise...30 mins is good and if you need to work yourself up you can...I need to get back to 30 mins...proud of you!

Thank God for the little tax deductions we gave birth to.  LOL  Ashley is talking about transferring back here next year and living at home.  Just when I got used to her being away and the peace and quiet.

Angelpraise when you get your caps make sure to follow the instruction and take them on schedule as it says if you miss a dose make them up anyways with the proper amount of water with the two caps.. You must be consistant and you must cut your portions down to the recomended dose, although I did not count nor do I yet count calories. I use my two fists as a measure on my plate. one seving of meat and usually one serving of like a potato or other starch corn or peas etc.. I just don't eat more then my two fists worth at once with the exception that I eat a big salad with my meals, many times at lunch and dinner. All the salad I want!! with the toppings, I like sunflower seeds a couple croutons if I have them, bacon bits thousand Island is a favorite but usually I don't eat much dressing. I like rasberry vinigarette and will eat ranch in a pinch, my least favorite, sometimes just a little salt and alot of pepper I love pepper!! make sure you give yourself a good 1/2 hour before you eat and when you take your pills. I have lost 110 pounds now mostly doing it by portion control. If I get stuck I use the caps for a while then I am moving again.. They work they don't make you feel stuffed don't believe that.. besides you don't want to fill stuffed just satisfied is great!! If you have a question please use my pm and send me a message.. will be glad to answer specific questions there. I am not a spokes person for them they just worked for me... Good luck!

Thanks Carolyn and Loretta!  [:X] [:X] [;D]
