Hi Seany, I am talking to myself most of the time lately.. that why I wanted to leave you alone in your mad thread so you could see how it felt to talk to yourself and therefore know you were indeed crazy! LOL Then someone spoiled it cause I forgot to tell everyone not to talk in Seany's mad.. thread..LOL Did not work, I was too slow ! LOL LOL..

That is good I used to ride between that and 8 miles. I would like to do that again if I could.. It would be nice.. I like the way the wind feels on my face,, especially when I go to the bottoms out by the ocean.. its usually light breezy and the wind is not cold but you can smell the ocean air and feel the moisture from the spray on your face and taste it on your lips if you ride long enough! Its nice in the bottoms a nice flat ride all the way to the beach! It was fun!

I ride at the beach too. Love the breeze and all the smells.

I bet they are really cool. I need to ride my new scooter.. I wonder if I can still hold it up though.. I am going to have to give it a go soon! Maybe in a few weeks!

Hi Everyone.. Monday I have gained 8 lbs in 1 week since my hospital run.. I am bummed.. I know it is water as I am swollen a lot!
I hope everyone is well and are doing good with their weight! I am going to keep plugging away at it!
