Zetacaps first ingredient is a herb called cassia angustifolia, also known as senna. It is a laxative and is only for infrequent use for constipation. If you use this herb everyday your colon will become lax and you will develop more serious constipation problems down the road due to laxative dependency.
The second ingredient is capsicum frutescens which is also known as the spice cayenne. It can be good for you but you can buy it cheap.
The 3rd ingredient is plantago major, also known as plantain. It is a useful herb good for respiratory problems, anti-inflamatory (primarily in the bowel, which you will need after using so much senna) and it also can shed excess water from the body.
The next ingredient is Xanthum Gum, which is a thickener derived from corn syrup.
The next, fucus vesiculosus, also known as Bladderwrack, is a seaweed. Can be useful as an anti-oxident, and to help provide iodine and even help some thyroid problems.
Konjac Radix is another thickener, a fiber
Echinacea purpurea is an immune stimulant.
Ananas comosus is pineapple.
Allium sativum is garlic.
Zingiber officinale is ginger.
Ginko biloba is a potent anti-oxidant, Ginko strengthens the capillary walls and helps protect the brain cells from damage.
Panax ginseng is a herb used as general tonic for stimulating energy and for helping the body handle stress.
Ilex Paraguariensis is a herb used in commercial preparations as a stimulant to the central nervous system, a diuretic, and an antirheumatic.
Filipendula ulmaria also known as European Meadowsweet is an anti-rheumatic, anti-inflammatory, carminative, antacid, anti-emetic, astringent. One of the best digestive remedies available.
Hypericum perforatum, also known as St. John's Wart, is an herbal anti-depressant. Also used for nerve pain.
Valeriana officinalis is used to reduce tension and anxiety, over-excitability and hysterical states. Can help treat insomnia.

In the end, I would conclude that many of these ingredients are safe and can give you good feelings as well. However, with senna being in there, especially as the first ingredient is a concern. This product should not be taken for that reason alone. Laxatives, as you know have been used to help people lose weigh but is always a NO NO. Malapsorption, dependency, and a lazy colon develop with regular use.
