How do I go about backcrossing in fission yeast?
« on: 02/05/2010 18:20:16 »
I need someone to help me how to do backcrossing in fission yeast S.pombe ( the steps) to confirm that the phenotype is linked to the mutation has been done by knocking out a gene and replace it by Kanmx gene. I 'll be grateful if someone refer to me an article or books to learn from as well.
