What animal has three eyes?
« on: 28/06/2010 10:06:36 »
This is only found in New Zeland and has three eyes. It is also know as living fossil becaouse it has not undergone any sort of changes since thousands of years and also a only living member of a group whose other memberes have perished in due course of years.
The third eye emerges from gland attached to brain kno as pineal body.It is fully developed and that animal can see clearly through it.

Can you guess the animal.

It's lizard

Strictly speaking the tuatara isn't a lizard ...

Though tuatara resemble lizards, the similarity is superficial ...
