Mirror therapy
« on: 30/01/2006 13:52:06 »
By observing your eyes in a mirror you can ascertain emotional states that are different to what you think. i.e. you think you are happy but when you look carefully at your eyes then you may see you are sad. With practise this work can be VERY subtle and VERY useful.. cheaper and easier and quicker than psychotherapy.  I discuss these ideas and my ideas on eyes and emotions on my non-profit making site newbielink:http://www.securechanges.com [nonactive]
