...And its claws are as big as cups, and for some reason it's got a tremendous fear of stamps! And Mrs Doyle was telling me it's got magnets on its tail, so if you're made out of metal it can attach itself to you! And instead of a mouth it's got four arses!

My brain appears to be tuned to ejecting the number 42 out of my mouth whenever the words 'pick' and 'numbner' are in the same sentence.

If the question were presented as... pick a number between 0 to 25....
 there is an integer that will fit from a list between the two values
But since the question is expessed as 0 and 25
Example rephrasing...
 pick a number between zero
and
pick a number between 25
which makes no sense...

zero exists between zero, while 25 exists between 25. no other values can exists within
