Thats funny!! So sorry I hope they fix it soon!! I tried to get high speed this morning and they can't do it here unless you have cable tv, and I don't!

Morning wonderful friends... barely have my eyes open.... to see the screen! slept all nght, 8 hrs I feel like a princess!!!! Wow....Sleep is so good!!!!!!

I think it was sick and tired sick and tired and sick!!!! how the heck do I know.. I was shocked!! I closed my eyes and without even tossing I was aleep! I woke looked at the clock as it felt like I hadn't dreamed but I had slept for a long time...... Yousa and I felt great!!! That was a good stretch!! I think unburdening stress is also a big help!!!

Well Good morning Lovely frinds of mine..... I slept 4 hours.. rather nice stretch!! YEEHAWWW!!! I hope your morning over on the other side have gone well as I believe you are looking at about 1:30 Pm there... So Neil Michael, Dan, George,Gaia, Helena, Andy ect...hope your days are going smoothly!!
   Well I had a great day yesterday afternoon and evening.. I ate some mexican food for Dinner, and managed to get a very upset stomach. I was feeling pretty icky for about 2 hours...I am good now, but boy howdy last night was a rollercoaster, thought I would get sick, but it passed. All the kids at school have had stomach bug. I know it was not the food as it was great. My stomach was just sensitive.....

Aw, Karen, poor lamb. Hope you're feeling better. Did you try cuddling something warm (Neil, I mean like a hot water bottle in a towel!) on your tum?

No, Just spent a lot of tme hugging the toilet in preparation of the event that chose not to come... Geesh, flushed then calm flushed then calm, flushed meaning my face, not the toilet! You know how waves of nausea hit you when your tummy is not well! Does a hot water bottle help?
 I feel Fine this morning a bit of a ruuny nose.. the bug is landing I need my airborn...
