You wouldn't, by any remote chance, simply be trying to use TNS to obtain free publicity to promote your personal agenda? Your posts seem to be more aimed at obtaining publicity than contributing anything to this forum.

If you take a careful look at the AUP http://www.thenakedscientists.com/forum/index.php?topic=8535.0, you'll see that this is not allowed.

Please understand this is your final warning.

Yes, I am trying to promote my ideas. Is it not true for most people? I am not promoting anything commercial. But I am not hiding my political stand. I want it to be discussed. Is this not true for many people on this forum?

What specifically should I do, or not do, to stop promoting my agenda?

Thank you in advance,

Ludwik Kowalski

From the AUP

"It is not acceptable simply to repost material onto this forum that you have posted elsewhere, except where the post is specifically pertinent to an ongoing thread.  If you start a thread with a post that is for all practical purposes the same as you have posted elsewhere, we will generally assume that you are evangelising, and will act accordingly."

Ludwik, your subject maybe interesting but is not really relevent to this science website. Sometimes subjects like this come up but I am not sure whether they should be the prime topic of conversation for this site. If many people did this the concept of this being a science based site would be destroyed. Can I suggest an excellent site for this is "openDemocracy" at
 http://www.opendemocracy.net/
If you join (and it is free unless you choose to make a donation) there is a forum on there which is much more apposite.

OK, I understand. Thank you. I am also not a social scientists. I am a nuclear physicist. Social science topics are hard to discuss because identical words, like socialism, mean different things to different people. Physical scientists are in a much better shape, as far as this is concerned.

I suspect that some of the people posting on the site at the moment would not agree with that.
