Why can't asthmatics take Aspirin?

Sara Gravett asked the Naked Scientists:
Hi Chris
I am asthmatic and have been told that I can't take aspirin. Why is this? I can't take ibuprofen either, because I react badly to it; so what is left for me apart from paracetamol?
Many thanks.
Regards
Sara, Northampton
