ok...our first casualty was here in California just a few miles from me..a 25 year old man.. was n t up to watch it...so scary....washed in with two buddies.. his buddies survived but he didn't.. I am looking for a young friend who we were trying to get back away from the mouth..he was trying to get a close look...   kids...he said it is too small to do anything to us.....good grief! Such devastation... my news feed is not working so any more info would be great! Thanks for the link..I         keep hearing national and not local...Matthew.

So sad all theses people.. My young friend is fine... and I am still shocked by the fatality numbers ... I have lousy coverage here on my end so am looking on the net.... sending hugs and loads of good thoughts and whatever else I can from here....to all who have been impacted in this earthquake And the tsunomi.....
