I had the first tests done and they were inconclusive so she set up some special Igenics tests, was a special blood tests that had to be shipped out to a special lab.... to be checked and or interpreted.

I was called into My doctors office a couple days ago and she told me my tests came back positive.. she also said there was a portion of the test she could not understand how to read and that she had to call the lab and get an explanation so she could give me a full detailed results...?
All I know is what wiki says about Lyme disease.. and thats not much. I know I had the tick bite with the bullseye between 10 and fifteen years ago. a year and a half ago I was put on docycycline for 7 and 1/2 months for a couple bad bacterias they were trying to combat.. She told me that even though that treatment was for something else that it was probably effective in stopping the Lyme progression?
So with Lyme does that mean it won't get worse but it will stay the same3? I read there is no cure for Lyme unless caught early and this has not been caught early. So what is usually the procedure  in treatment for later stage Lyme, and how does treatment generally work as far as any type of recovery or relief of symptoms...?

IIRC you've mentioned previously that you may have a Lupus-like autoimmune disease.

People who have lupus can have "false positive" tests for lyme disease ...

The odds of having both Lupus AND Lyme would be unlikely: they are both rare unrelated conditions, which can cause similar symptoms, i.e. one could be mistaken for the other .

Thats interesting but we ran the lyme because ten or so years ago I had a problem with a tick which had dug himself in under my breast.. and I did not know it, a few days later I was scratching and when I did under my breast was burning upon scratching it.. I went to the mirror and found a tic  under my breast and the tic was burrowed in deeply  I did not know anything about lyme but The bullseye was unmistakeable! I never went to the doctor because I did not know.. I thought it was just infected from the tic and nursed it for a few weeks... left a large hole ....
Next week we will know some more seems she had some other questions about the test.

Thanks Mathew.. I am learning but at least they have something that is at least showing up on a test and coinsiding with the tick I had years ago..
