Hi Yanet - There are several people that have tried and continued to use the zetacaps.  You are in the wrong forum.  The following link will take you to the Complementary Medicine Forum.  When you get there, you will see the Zetacap and General Weightloss thread.  There are several pages.  You will find lots of info and support.  Karen has lost over 70 pounds.  Good luck to you.

[purple]Hi everyone haven't been here lately, because I was a little discouraged about my weight lost. I hadn't lost anything in almost two weeks but, I started drinking lots of water and cutting back on carbs and I lost another pound and everytime a lose at least one pound I am definantly encouraged. So I went from 155 to 149 in about three or four weeks, I've lost count but, I'm just happy all hope is not lost. I found out some interesting things. I've been excercising my tail off and hadn't lost anything then, I found out I wasn't drinking enough water. Did you guys know that if were over 25 pound over weight we need more water than just 8 glasses and if we excercise we need even more. Have a great day I'm encouraged again.[/purple]
