I feel like the Zeta's are not working for me either.  If anything, they made me feel bloated and constipated.  The senna did nothing to help me go LOL!

Sunni, I was constipated for the first few weeks I used the zetas also. I was impressed that after continued use I at a normal balance with the zeta.I no longer feel the bloating. Laurie and I both felt it at the start. Hers kept happening and she quit using them. too constipated.
