In October of 2006, I fell and broke my back. The bones healed but the L4-L5 is still causing me problems. It was a long time till I was able to have intercourse and when I did, it was the most unbelievable thing I've ever felt. I thought I would open my eyes and be in heaven. Anyways, I have also discovered that I can get up to 15 minutes of full pain relief. I remember before I broke my back, when I had an orgasm, it would shoot up my spine from the waist. Now when I have one, it shoots down my legs with great intensity. It is a full body explosion.

Ya, probably the nervous irrigation of your sexual tissues was somehow changed. I have heard before about other situations like yours.
