If I were to play ' Pooh Sticks ' with the flow of blood in my veins how  long would it take for the stick to circumnavigate my body ?

It would depend on how hard your heart was working and the condition of your circulatory system itself. In general your heart can supply every cell in your body in less then 60 seconds.  So your stick could get around in less then two minutes.
