Why do clouds form clusters instead of even dispersion with the rest of humidity?

I'm not sure if I get your question here? Do you wonder what makes different parts of the ground give of different parcels of heat?

Water and land have different temperatures, different types of ground, like rock as compared to grass release heat differently. Day and night does it differently, also the colours of the ground, and probably textures too, defines different heat releases. Then humidity in itself should play a part as well as winds and dust.

I mean actually, that we can see clouds in bodies, or clusters, or the white material collected together. It is not evenly dispersed. Not looking at the ground.
