How does Nucleic acids absorb ultraviolet light in a specific pattern?
« on: 18/09/2012 19:03:04 »
HI,

Which are the mechanisms or the structural properties that make nucleic acids absorb in 260 nm in a spectrophotometric analysis?

Thanks for your help and attention!
