What is the easiest way to get birds to explode? does this only work with sea gulls?
This May be mean but my neighbor likes to feed birds and were locked in a landowner fude and i think some birds are going to get hit in grossfire

Can't say what the situation is in the USA, but I suspect what you are asking would be illegal under animal cruelty legislation within the UK.

I love to eat chicken, As you know we raised them for slaughter, but to blatently kill them just to do it!  Not funny! Really rather sad you know! You should rethink the situation. Not the chickens fault anymore then it would be a childs fault that their parents split up! If you were fueding over the property settlement would you blow up the kids? Ok,OK, maybe thats to drastic and I must remember you are a very young man, and as you say you specialize with anything that goes boom, Just try to keep it humane Young Sir!
  It sounds like you are a very bright young man, There are alot of other things you can do that fall into a safer direction. Have you thought about doing some kind of apprenticeship in a science lab for a profressor at a university. You should talk to one and see if there is  some way to get you into something you like so much, and channel some of that bright mind of yours into something really important.   It would be ashame to waiste any of your very obvious talent on a small creature who just happens to be a tennant on the property!

When birds eat dried rice, like that thrown at weddings, it expands in their stomachs and can cause death.  It's not the same as the "bang" that I assume most people were imagining when they read the post's title, but their stomachs do essentially explode.

i believe what you are looking for is alkaseltzer (sp?)  if you feed half a tablet to a seagul its stomach will explode.  i'm not sure if this works on other types of fowl, nor do I approve of it being done to any types of birds except seagulls....   and maybe bluejays.
