Why put zippers on my 10mths sons shorts ?
« on: 22/06/2006 13:44:52 »
Why bother putting zipped pockets on my 10 month old sons shorts and trousers ?...what's he going to keep in there ?..his PDA ?..mobile phone ?...wallet ?...a frog ?

I tried to discuss with him to get some answers.

"son"
"gurgle smile"
"why the zippers son ?...why ?"
"giggle..hiccup..gurgle..dribble..fart"
"Is it a fashion thing son ?"
"burp..giggle..does smelly poo and wee wee..giggle dribble"

well...I'm convinced !! [:)]

More likely to be his animal cookie or cracker! Usually something gooey! You could line them with vinyl and use them to catch any of those little chin leaks. Definetly fashion, but mostly to get your money! Everything they add brings the price up a notch or two. Its all about the $$$$

Tony, cut me a little slack and enlighten myself and others to the latest urban slang for these terms. Some of us are getting rather old and decrepit, loosing our teeth, have warm milk at night and wear flannel pajamas.

GIVE GEEZERS A BREAK !

They’ve got to learn at some stage of the dangers of doing up a zipper without forethought and consideration for the goods held within, and they may as well learn of them dangers at the stage of their life where any damage caused through accident or thoughtlessness of their parents is kept to the minimum and is repairable with time.[:)]

PS Sorry you mean't pockets [:)]

That just makes me cringe! It happened once and ruined my lovelife for weeks.

Try being stuck in a night club toilet for 45 minutes with everyone banging on the door calling you an inconsiderate b****** .

Not me my friend , i was one of the people in the queue calling him a w*****.

Afterwards when we found out it was him and what happened  we couldn't stop laughing.

ok i lied it was more like 20 mins but it was still funny , just not for him

Hey Michael. what does your yellow font above your name say? I can't read it at all. It is the color. it makes the line look blurry!

I saw a emergency show one time where a young women was getting ready for a hot date and tried to put some pants on that were way....tight, so she laid down on the bed and pulled and called to her sister to help her. Sister held the button area while she zipped, the zipper zipped all the way up real fast catching about 2 inches of her tummy all the way up! They had to call the paramedics to come. It was a severe mess. They had to cut the teeth loose as they were the old fashion metal zipper teeth!!!! Man it looked horrid! Bloody mess!

Best to have baby zippers confined to one of those tie, button and zip toys. They can practice safely! In my field, I have seen babies hurt swallowing or cutting themselves on numerous things.
