Not at all sure what wormholes have to do with it all.

Certainly, I have myself speculated whether every particle in the universe is entangled with every other particle.  The consequence of this is that the very matter that we, as human beings, are composed of is entangled with everything else, and thus would make it impossible to regard us ever as independent observers to any experiment, since we would be entangled with the subject of our experiment.
