I enjoy listening to your show every week! It makes a great podcast to listen to anywhere.

I have a physiological question. Do people with greater muscle mass sweat more than those who have more fat? Muscles generate heat when working, so would that create a greater cooling response by the body via increased sweating?

It's something I've often wondered about!
