Rob Faraone asked the Naked Scientists:
When I get up at night , I have been grabbed a swallow of water , swished it and swallowed it . My assumption is that such "cleansing " helps remove mouth acidity thus maybe good for my teeth over long run .
Is that good logic or am I basically diluting and removing my saliva's natural antibacterial action ?
Which is best ...I get up at night anyway and value dental health
Rob
