hi all would like some advice
i was diagnosed some 10 years ago with polycystic ovary syndrome
had no treatment for 10 years and recently moved to a new doctor who prescribed metformin ,
    have been taking this for 6 months but seems to be inhibiting weightloss rather than helping any thoughts ?
   just recently stopped taking (last week) have stuck to the low fat low gi diet as recommended and suddenly started to lose weight
whats going on inside me now ??
