There has been an increasing focus in recent months as to the threat of Climate Change. Although it is recognised that more needs to be done to tackle this problem our carbon dioxide levels are rising and we are slipping further and further away from meeting our reduction targets.

To ensure that action is taken Friends of the Earth are coordinating a campaign entitled the Big Ask which aims to bring in legislation for annual carbon dioxide emissions reduction targets set at 3% a year, along with more detailed reporting and scrutinising of progress. In order for this legislation to be passed MP’s need to pledge their support and sign up to this bill, as over 380 have done so far.

We however now need the remaining 200 to sign up and continued lobbying of all MPs to ensure they keep to their word. It would be great if everyone could send an email to their MP to support this bill!

Unfortunately I am a citizen of the USA. I would otherwise be happy to join your effort.

Over here our Congressmen are a pretty mixed bag. Quite a few of them believe that global warming is imaginary, and they often stage committee hearings with pretend scientists who say that the threat of global warming is rather overstated, all we need is a bit of air conditioning to stay cool.
We will need to elect a new slate before it would be realistic to get any action on global warming through Congress.

How to achieve Commercialization of Climate Change ??

In fact climate change greatly affects our life style by different way. Climate change mainly affect in Agriculture production and Biodiversity. Animal husbandry may also affective due to the change in Climate.  

Due to the change in Season and weather the planting and harvesting period also change. Farmer could not adapt them according to the change in Climate. The temperature has shifting to the North Pole, so production of high climatic/tropical crops may be possible. Low altitude Wildlife are found at a higher altitude possibly because of Climate Change mainly Global Warming.

Most reliable method of adoption is economic utilization / Commercialization of Climate Change. Commercialization of Climate Change may be possible by off seasonal production. For this producer should change their traditional production method. They should plan to produce according to the climatic schedule.  

New Disease in the crops may be seen. So, Hybrid and temperature adapted crops may be best alternative. So, Government, NGO & other promoting Organization should play the active role to maintain adoption capacity in Producer.
