Neil,
you should get some herbal teas, if you haven't got any. They're great. Have a lovely herbal tea, sit down and relax by doing whatever it is you like to do, be it watch tv, read, write, sing, dress up in dresses [:0] [;)]

A favourite way to relax for me is a nice cuppa and a hot bath, which I do tend to fall asleep in........it's alright though, I won't drown, the bath isn't big enough [;)]

I have just been in email contact with Neil.

He has been under a great deal of pressure at the moment, and has asked me to let people know that he will probably be AWOL for a while – until life sorts itself out for him.

We, other mods, will have to take up the slack for a little while.

I think we all wish him all the best and will miss him, but understand that there is only so much one man can doing, and Neil has more on his plate than one man can cope with at present.

neil, body system demands for an unquestionable period of rest, so do in due time, and for your present condition do as nakedscientist faithfuls, loyalists, physcians had prescribed.
