You are nuts, but nuts are bloody lovely.......and so are you [;)] [:X]

I love cinnamon, especially when I was in New York having apple and cinnamon pancakes for breakfast. But in cookies, oh my god is like an orgasm.

Dan you are too funny. I love cinnamon too! I love the mexican mocha with cinnamon and whipped cream in the morning to sit out in the fog and watch it lift as the sun comes up and the moon fades away... Wow I think your Right...LOL Just kidding!

Loretta, I will have to try those cookies. My Favoite is Choclate chip, I am a cookie girl. I love them. I make a killer molasses crinkle that is incredibly yummmy!! I have a specal cookie I like to make that is made from a sour dough starter I keep in my fridge. It is oatmeal, chocolate chips, Cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and I can't remember what else, but they are incredible. Very very good. I should make a couple dozen and mail you all some as they ship quite well. The recipe is easy, except it takes a couple of weeks to build your starter if you haven"t already got one growing in your refriderator. I love sour dough starter!

MMMMMM! Me too but I am allergi to caffiene so have to do it carefully. Not too much 2 cups tops!!

I will send you the recpe for the sour dough starter and a bunch of recipe to use the starter in. The cinnamon rolls are outstsanding!! You have to feed the starter every few days though and use it for something every week! or it will grow right out of your jar, Its a gallon size glass jar. Stays in fride and you feed it on a scheduel like a baby!
