Would you believe that I have been trying to get support from Pipex for 12 days ?

Actually, I am sure that would not surprise you at all.

Today, I finally got through to Customer Support . This was routed from the Technical Support help line....so...not a good sign there straight away !!.....and the lady promised to ring me back when it was quieter in technical support. She rang me at 8pm and apologised that there were 23 people in the queue !!.....She is going to try for me again tomorrow !....but it took me twelve days to actually speak to someone...emails go unanswered (apart form an automatic response that says ' An answer is on it's way '...HA HA HA !!....it's ludicrous.

Something is happening at Pipex !!!....How ever bad customer support is...you should never be 24th in the queue !!

Men are the same as women, just inside out !
